课程简介：
Electric machines are important to reach the emissions reductions targets. However, there are still challenges to achieve technical and cost performance requirements. Key technologies that can enable the transition to future sustainable electrification, include machine topologies, operation at higher speeds, loss assessment and reduction, winding types, materials, cooling techniques and mechanical design.
This course introduces the aforementioned topics to improve the performance of electrical machines. By combining theory and case studies, this course will provide students with a sound understanding of advanced electrical machines。
